And I understand if you are so bored that you are forced to read this blog. I understand that there is little to do so even the rantings of some random woman are something you have suddenly become interested in.

After a week or so of quarantine, I spent entire days writing like a madwoman. I can’t figure out if that was my mental illness, or if being a writer is a mental illness. Inspiration is sometimes very similar to mania for me. People make a lot of connections between creativity and insanity, I never really understood them, but I’m starting to.

Dear Dude,I know you are wondering why I look so much better in my profile picture than I do on our video chats. I can explain. I am temporarily unable to care what I look like. Think of this as your opportunity to know me for who I really am.

I’ve been in quarantine before. I called it depression. I have not left the house for days when I was deeply depressed. I’ve not left my room for much of the day during these times. I stayed six feet away from people.

OK let’s face the reality that it is very easy to eat our way through this quarantine. In fact, most of us have probably eaten without abandon during this time at some point. I know I have.

Do I think god is female? Absolutely not, have you looked around at the world? Only a male could do this...So while we are in quarantine we could take this opportunity to think about why we are so obsessed with other people believing the same things we do.
